I recently had the pleasure of hiring Electrica to handle some electrical work around my home, including installing new light fittings and redoing some outdated wiring. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. They arrived promptly as scheduled and were professional throughout the entire process. We chose Electrica Co. as we wanted a local electrician near Keilor. We have used him on four occasions now. Stefan was outstanding- got our power going again after an emergency problem, laid an external cable for electric gate, fixed problems with our switchboard, did some internal electrics and we also sought his advice on installing some lighting in the future. All jobs were certified. He was always very prompt, professional, well mannered,friendly, good social skills, told us what it would cost in advance of the job and charged exactly the same. Stjepan is a wonderful electrician with impeccable manners who is very kind. He quoted for different things we wanted done around the house and once we came out of lockdown, he was able to come over that Saturday and complete the tasks to a very high standard. There were some issues with the previous wiring to our front coach lamps and he spent extra time devising a solution at no extra cost. I find him very honest and down to earth and felt very comfortable with him working around our home. He replaced 2 coach lamps out the front, installed a baton light under the carport, replaced 2 downlights in the kitchen, replaced an electrical switch in the hall and also checked on a faulty fan switch on the Conara heater. Stephen upon consultation found the problem with our oven basically straight away! He then went ahead and ordered the part that need replacing. Unfortunately the supplier took a while and he acted on it quickly, going through a different supplier and getting it back to us ASAP. Whilst we had a delay, he kept us updated for the most part and we are happy to now have our oven working in time for Christmas and the New Year! Stefan was amazing, I called him for an urgent oven issue and within 45 min he was at my front door and came in and fixed it within an hour. Stefan came from the other side of town to assist which was very impressive. His communication and service was a true credit to himself and his business. Stephan from Mr Electron was able to come out for an electrical issue tripping out all the power points. As this was a bit of an emergency and Stephan made it a priority to ensure he was able to come out the same day (within a few hours!). Was found that an appliance was the culprit, which had fried some power points and kept tripping the safety switch. After the fault was found it was fixed, including checking of the appliance and the circuitry for any other issues. I highly recommend Mr electron for any electrical work you need. ~ Andy M

Hired through Hi Pages. Contact received within 1 hour from Stefan. Booked in for next day between 10 and 11 am and quoted a price which i accepted. Stefan called at 9.30am next day to advise he would be arriving at 10 am which he arrived exactly as advised. Job was completed in less than half an hour. Highly recommend Stefan for all electrical needs. Promp, professional and friendly. Not the cheapest but you pay for excellence. ~ James S
